Find your ring size

Measuring your finger at home

You can use different tools to measure your finger.
For this method you only need a piece of paper, a pen and a ruler.

  1. Use a piece of paper that is approximately 1cm wide and wrap it around your finger.

  2. Mark the point where the two ends overlap.

  3. Lay the paper flat and measure it with a ruler. You now have the circumference of your finger.

  4. Divide the circumference by 3.14 to get the diameter of your finger.

More Tips for Measuring Ring Size

Since temperature, humidity, and exercise can affect your finger size it's best to measure your finger at room temperature preferably at the end of the day when your finger is largest.

It feels natural to measure your finger at the part where you want to wear a ring but ensure to measure around the widest part of your finger, e.g. if finger joints are prominent.

If you already own a ring that fits you on the finger(s) you would like to measure you can also check that rings inside diameter.

Why we care

In order to give you a well fitting ring that is just right for you we reccommend you measure your finger before placing an order. Since every ring is custom made just for you we can afford this little luxury to adjust the measurement to your size.
Rings are small so we prefer the measurment to be made in mm  in order to be most accurate. Small differences in measuring can mean the difference between a ring that fits you well and that you love to wear and an illfitting ring that sits in your jewellery box unused.

Bracelet sizing and how to measure

We offer three different sizes in bracelets:

Small: circumference 15,5cm, width 55mm, height 43mm

Medium: circumference 17cm, width 60mm, height 48mm

Large: circumference 19cm, width 66mm, height 54mm

The circumference means the measurement on the inside of the bracelet. So in order for the bracelet to fit you this number should be 10-20mm bigger than the circumference of your wrist.

If none of these sizes seem right for you, follow the measuring guide below and enter your measurements in the custom form when you order a bracelet.

How to measure your bracelet size

Take a measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist at the height of your forearm you want to wear the bracelet.

Add 1-1.5cm to the number you measured and choose the bracelet size closest to your measurement.

You now have the circumference of the braclet. You can write this number in de order form. Don't forget to include the unit you measured in. (mm, cm, inch)

If you don't have a measuring tape on hand you can use a strip of paper instead. Mark the paper where it overlaps and lay it down flat to measure the length. Proceed as mentioned above.

With a stiff ruler you can also measure the width and height of your wrist.

There should be between 5 and 10 millimeters between the bracelet and your arm for it to fit you comfortably.

how to measure your hand for a hand chain or cuff

Before you order a hand chain or cuff we need to know your measurements. Hand chains and cuffs need to fit right in order to safely stay in place while you wear them. We don't want you to loose it because it's too big or be constrained by it being too tight.

Please measure in millimeters and type in both of your measurements when you order.

how to measure your hand:

1. we suggest you measure your hand just below your knuckles with your flat hand and straight fingers - for this your should use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of paper to wrap around your hand

2. measure the height of the knuckle of your index finger - for this a stiff ruler will be better because you will have to measure next to your hand

Especially for items with larger surfaces, it is recommended for transport and storage to protect them in a plastic bag. Rough or sharp-edged objects also include other pieces of jewellery made of metal and nail files.
