Shipping policy

All of our jewellery comes in a jewellery box and is ready to be gifted.

We are based in Germany and offer free shipping worldwide.

Our processing time is 2-7 business days (= Monday - Friday). Usually your order gets shipped faster (average 2.5 days), depending on the day you ordered.

At this time we do not offer free returns.

Please note that due to the pandemic international shipping may at times take very long or be temporarily unavailable.

We have no control over this but try to update this page when changes occur.

Shipping from Germany to Europe has been possible throughout most of the Covid related restrictions.

If you are outside of Europe, feel free to contact us before your purchase. We are happy to tell you the estimated shipping time to your country. Thank you for understanding.

For your convenience we have listed 2 countries below where most of our customers requests outside of Europe come from and how they are affected by shipping problems.

USA & Canada:

At the moment shipping is possible from Germany and shipping times have gone back to normal. Our shipments in July and August 2021 arrived after 5 to 7 days.

For over a year we had very long delivery times of over 30 days because most shipments were sent to NA by sea freight.

So we added an express shipping uprgrade to guarantee that your parcel gets delivered via airmail. This upgrade is still available but not neccesary at the moment as shipping times have gone back to normal.

Shipping your order via airmail to the US or Canada should only take 4-7 days from Germany.
